Griefology's 31 Days of Grief and Growth Challenge

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to honor, protect, and prioritize our mental wellbeing.

At Griefology, we know grief is a mental health experience too.

That’s why we’re inviting you to join the 31 Days of Grief and Growth Challenge:
A no-stress, compassion-first journey designed to give you permission to choose yourself at least once a day for 31 days.

You’ll get one small, gentle prompt each day to help you care for your grief, support your mental health, and reconnect with yourself — all at your own pace.

No rules. No guilt. No "falling behind." Just real, human support for wherever you are right now.

How it Works

  • Each day in May, complete one gentle prompt (takes 5–10 minutes max).

  • If you miss a day? No shame. Just jump back in or double up if you want.

  • Reflect when you feel called to. Share if it feels good. Keep private if that’s what you need.

  • Every Sunday, join the community check-in on Griefology's Instagram (optional!).
