At Griefology, we know grief is a mental health experience too.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join the 31 Days of Grief and Growth Challenge:
A no-stress, compassion-first journey designed to give you permission to choose yourself at least once a day for 31 days.
You’ll get one small, gentle prompt each day to help you care for your grief, support your mental health, and reconnect with yourself — all at your own pace.
No rules. No guilt. No "falling behind." Just real, human support for wherever you are right now.
How it Works
Each day in May, complete one gentle prompt (takes 5–10 minutes max).
If you miss a day? No shame. Just jump back in or double up if you want.
Reflect when you feel called to. Share if it feels good. Keep private if that’s what you need.
