Grief Support in St. Louis

Hey, St. Louis grievers!

Griefology may be reaching grievers everywhere, but its roots are right here in St. Louis. As a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), I provide in-person and virtual individual therapy in Missouri.

Whether you're grieving the death of someone you love, a major life change, or one of those losses that doesn't always get recognized as grief, I’m here to provide you with a safe place to spill it all.

Through individual therapy and grief support groups, I offer different ways to explore your grief, feel supported, and connect with others who get it.

Individual Grief Therapy

Your grief. Your story. A space to work through it all.

Sometimes grief needs more than a conversation with a friend or a really good cry in the car (although I support these, too).

As a St. Louis-based therapist and Licensed Master Social Worker, I work with adults navigating death and non-death losses, life transitions, changing relationships, and the complicated emotions that come with all of it. Whether your loss was 2 hours ago or 22 years ago, I've got you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that grief isn't something we need to fix or rush through. I draw from relational and attachment-based perspectives, psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and narrative approaches. Which is all therapist-speak for saying I help you better understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and find your way forward.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and practice as an LMSW under clinical supervision.

I offer in-person therapy in the St. Louis area and virtual sessions throughout Missouri. Learn More About Working With Me →

Griefology Grief Groups

Coming in 2027

For grievers looking for a more consistent, structured space to explore their experiences, I'll be offering six-week Griefology Grief Groups throughout the year.

Unlike the monthly drop-in conversations, these closed groups bring the same participants together each week to explore grief through facilitated discussion, reflection, education, and connection.

The goal isn't to get over your loss in six weeks. But to have a dedicated space to better understand your grief, learn ways to navigate it, and feel a little less alone along the way.

I'm planning three group cohorts in 2027, with dates and themes to be announced.
