Grief Support in St. Louis

Hey, St. Louis grievers!

Griefology may be reaching grievers everywhere, but its roots are right here in St. Louis. As a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), I provide in-person and virtual individual therapy in Missouri.

Whether you're grieving the death of someone you love, a major life change, or one of those losses that doesn't always get recognized as grief, I’m here to provide you with a safe place to spill it all.

Through individual therapy and grief support groups, I offer different ways to explore your grief, feel supported, and connect with others who get it.

Individual Grief Therapy

Your grief. Your story. A space to work through it all.

Sometimes grief needs more than a conversation with a friend or a really good cry in the car (although I support these, too).

As a St. Louis-based therapist and Licensed Master Social Worker, I work with adults navigating death and non-death losses, life transitions, changing relationships, and the complicated emotions that come with all of it. Whether your loss was 2 hours ago or 22 years ago, I've got you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that grief isn't something we need to fix or rush through. I draw from relational and attachment-based perspectives, psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and narrative approaches. Which is all therapist-speak for saying I help you better understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and find your way forward.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and practice as an LMSW under clinical supervision.

I offer in-person therapy in the St. Louis area and virtual sessions throughout Missouri. Learn More About Working With Me →
